What do we know about Calcium? Honestly I am telling you that I am still trying to learn about this nutrition. During I was a little boy, I know that Calcium is wonderful for my bone. Milk is the source of Calcium. Well, that is what I was thinking when I was little.

The truth is, Calcium always with us since we are still an infant. It will be with us until we die. We are proud to be able to walk, stand, run and do many other movements. But do you ever tried to find out why our bone are strong? Maybe during we are still young, it is logic that our bones were strong. But why after years and years, it is still strong? Even metal that is so strong and hard will become rusty and broken after not so long.

What I am trying to say here is, at least we know how our Calcium in the body will help us. Normally people will not trouble to know about it thanks to they do not know something. All they rely on are the doctors. They think that it is the doctor's responsibility to learn about this and take care of them when they are sick. Come on man, it is your own body that we are talking about here. The doctors cannot monitor your condition every minute. You are generally being alone with yourself. Without proper knowledge, you will tend to do mistakes in how you eat and how you manage your life. These mistakes will accumulate and will cause you disasters. This is the nature of human, after they suffer the problems then will they try to find info about it in order to get healing. But what if the healing way is "prevention"? Then you will not stand a chance to recover to your normal "Oh Happy" days.

Calcium is nutrition. Our body requires Calcium. Our body prefers ionized Calcium. Ionized Calcium is easier to be absorbed by our body. In this contemporary world, our body requires many Calcium. Consuming natural foods will provide unionized Calcium. Our body will take a lot more time to convert it to ionized Calcium. This is not wonderful for our body. That is why, supplement industry is becoming more popular. Some wonderful supplement will provide ionized Calcium. This will help your body to acquire Calcium in a faster way. We need quick Calcium intake to cover the quick Calcium usage. This is to maintain our strong bone. Strong bone will have less risk of having disease.

Save your bone, save your body. Prevention is still the best investment.
